As a native of Selma Alabama, I have witnessed the success of this company and strived to do my best on each job site. A little over a year ago I had the opportunity to work in the office and learn the staffing side of the business. I moved from Staffing Coordinator to Office Assistant, from there I began to learn the sales side of the company. I currently serve as General Manager with my goals focused on client relations, public relations, sales, staffing, and most of all maintaining the company image.

I been working for CEBCO about two years. I started as a temp working on an assembly line and then move to the office at another location assisting the organization, auditing paperwork and receptionist duties. I got hired on in the main office of CEBCO Staffing as a Staffing Coordinator in April 2015. My job duties are to uphold an accurate system for tracking staff for all shifts, to obtain daily staff requests and fill them efficiently, and maintain staffing operation across the board. My main goal is to match our employee to the qualification of our client’s job description.

I am a 14 year resident of historic Selma Alabama with vast knowledge of the office setting. I have experience in word processing, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and maintaining a positive work flow. I began working with CEBCO Staffing a little over a year ago, prior to joining the team I served as Secretary Assistant for one of our client accounts. I take great pride in caring for the needs of our employees and providing our clients with the best workforce possible. My goal is to grow within the staffing industry as a Staffing Coordinator.
